Terms & Conditions

Draft, to be completed and reviewed by Noon Diamonds and its legal adviser before launch. Items in [brackets] need confirming.

1. About us

Noon Diamonds [legal name, commercial registration number and address in the State of Qatar].

2. Our jewellery

All our diamonds are lab grown and all our jewellery is made in 18K gold. Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds. Pictures in the app are for illustration; the colour and size of the actual piece may differ slightly.

3. Customised pieces

You can choose the gold colour, the size and, for some pieces, the carat weight of each diamond. Customised pieces are made to your order. [Production time: to be confirmed.]

4. Prices and currency

Prices are set in Qatari riyals (QAR). Elsewhere in the Gulf they are also shown in your country's currency, converted at a fixed rate and rounded up, as a guide. Payment is always in QAR: you are charged the QAR amount shown at payment. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

5. Ordering and payment

Payments are processed securely by MyFatoorah; Noon Diamonds does not see or store your card details. Buying gold is also subject to our Shariah terms for buying gold, which form part of these terms.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. [Delivery areas, times and charges: to be confirmed.]

7. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

If you withdraw before your piece is handed to the courier, we refund your payment minus the actual costs already spent on your piece. If we can't make or deliver your piece, we refund you in full. [Returns and exchanges after delivery, including for customised pieces: to be confirmed.]

8. Warranty

[Warranty and after-care: to be confirmed.]

9. Your information

We use your name, contact details and address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
