When you pay

You pay in full when you order. Your payment is held in trust for you until your piece is handed to the courier, as set out in our Shariah terms for buying gold.

Withdrawing an order

If you withdraw before your piece is handed to the courier, we refund your payment minus the actual costs already spent on your piece. If we can't make or deliver your piece, we refund you in full.

Returns and exchanges after delivery
