What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and the pieces you chose. Payments are made on MyFatoorah's secure pages: we never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

Only to make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it, for example to tell you when it's dispatched.

Who sees it

Our team, who make and deliver your piece; MyFatoorah, to take your payment; and the courier, to deliver it. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

On your device

The app and the website remember your bag, wishlist, language, your recent orders and your last delivery details on your device, so your next order is quicker. You can clear them by removing the app or clearing the website's data in your browser.
